Do you want to join a recognised and respected group to develop your expertise in the internet and e-commerce? is a leading e-commerce site in Belgium in the world of cultural and technical products.
In 2017 opened its Marketplace to allow professional sellers to sell their new and used products directly on the website in order to offer more choice to its customers while benefiting from the service and guarantees.


You will be in charge of identifying, recruiting and supporting our Marketplace's strategic partners. You will be a real player in the volume of business achieved by these partners, and you will encourage their loyalty and development as a privileged contact. You will conduct a daily competitive watch on the entire Marketplace market and identify high potential sellers.

Key points of the job :
- Ensure a permanent competitive watch by developing a very good knowledge of the Marketplace players and their commercial strategies
- Understanding the key commercial issues relating to the markets in which the Fnac.BE Marketplace is positioned.
- Identifying, prospecting and recruiting new third party strategic partners in Belgium/Netherlands and internationally
- Develop a support and loyalty approach for the strategic partners recruited
- Identify and participate in key trade shows and events to recruit new sales partners and set up an agenda anticipating the workload generated (non Covid period)
- Define communication and incentive actions for prospects and strategic partners of the Marketplace
- You will produce regular detailed reports


- You are fluent in Dutch/English and French is a big plus.
- You're a passionate, result oriented sales professional with international experience
- You end up in an open and informal corporate culture where entrepreneurship, autonomy and creativity are stimulated.
- You have a degree in business or equivalent, you have a first experience in Business Development, ideally in e-commerce or Marketplace
- You have a sense of service and you know how to deliver performance
- You will be able to work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to adapt
